These terms set out how you can use AuditCrawl — our website at auditcrawl.co.uk and the customer app at app.auditcrawl.co.uk — and the agreement between you and us when you buy a plan or audit. Please read them before buying. By buying or using AuditCrawl you agree to these terms.
1. About us
AuditCrawl is created and operated by LeadCrafters, a UK digital marketing business (‘we’, ‘us’, ‘our’). You can contact us by phone on 01782 526660 or through leadcrafters.co.uk.
2. What AuditCrawl provides
AuditCrawl gives you independent information about how your website and online marketing are performing. Depending on what you buy, this can include website health scans, search ranking tracking, data from accounts you connect (such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google Ads and Facebook / Instagram ads), competitor insights, AI-generated explanations and reports.
Features shown as ‘coming soon’ are not yet available and are not part of what you’re paying for until they launch. We may improve, change or remove features over time; if we remove something central to the plan you pay for, we’ll tell you in advance and you can cancel.
3. Who can use AuditCrawl
AuditCrawl is a service for businesses and people acting in the course of their business. You must be 18 or over. If you buy on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to agree to these terms for it.
4. Your account
Your account is created when you buy a plan or audit, using the email address you give at checkout. Keep access to that email address secure, as we use it to send your login links. You’re responsible for activity under your account and should tell us straight away if you think someone else has accessed it.
5. Plans, audits and payment
- Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period, and we take payment at the start of each period using the card you gave us, until you cancel.
- One-off audits are paid for once and give you a single audit of the website you name at checkout.
- Prices are shown on our pricing page in pounds sterling. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
- We may change our prices. Any change to a subscription price will only apply from your next renewal, and we’ll give you at least 30 days’ notice so you can cancel first if you wish.
- One-off audit credit: if you buy a one-off audit and then subscribe to a monthly plan within 14 days, we’ll credit what you paid for the audit against your subscription. Contact us to apply it.
6. Cancelling and refunds
- You can cancel a plan at any time from the Billing page in the app. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you’ve already paid for and won’t renew after that. We don’t give refunds for part-used billing periods.
- Because a one-off audit starts as soon as you pay, it can’t be cancelled once the scan has started. If we can’t deliver your audit — for example because your website can’t be reached — we’ll work with you to fix it or refund you.
- This doesn’t affect any rights you have under the law, including if something we provide is faulty.
7. Using AuditCrawl fairly
You agree to:
- only ask us to scan or analyse websites and accounts that you own, or that you have permission to have checked;
- only connect Google, Meta or other accounts that you are authorised to access;
- not misuse AuditCrawl — for example by trying to break its security, overload it, copy it, resell it without our agreement, or use it for anything unlawful;
- not use AuditCrawl’s reports to harass, defame or make false claims about any person or business.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules.
8. About the information we provide
We work hard to make AuditCrawl accurate, but please bear the following in mind:
- Our data comes from your connected accounts, our own scans and third-party providers. Third-party data, competitor information and ranking checks are estimates and snapshots, and can differ from what you see yourself.
- AI-generated explanations are clearly labelled and are suggestions, not professional advice. Check anything important before acting on it.
- AuditCrawl does not guarantee any search ranking, traffic level, number of enquiries or business result.
- The Marketing Transparency Checker and our reports present evidence and questions, not conclusions. They do not decide whether any agency, freelancer or person has acted properly, honestly or in line with a contract, and they are not legal, financial or professional advice. A change in rankings or traffic can have many causes.
- AuditCrawl helps you understand your website; it doesn’t replace a qualified SEO, marketing or legal professional where you need one.
9. Your data and ours
You own your data, including the data from accounts you connect. You give us permission to use it only to provide AuditCrawl to you, as explained in our Privacy Policy. We own AuditCrawl itself, including its software, design and branding. Reports we produce for you are yours to use and share for your business.
10. Availability
We aim to keep AuditCrawl available and working at all times, but we can’t promise it will never be interrupted — for example during maintenance, or if a provider such as Google, Meta or our hosting company has a problem. Scheduled scans may occasionally run later than planned.
11. Our responsibility to you
- Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can’t be limited by law.
- We aren’t responsible for losses that weren’t foreseeable, or for business losses such as lost profits, revenue, contracts or opportunities, or for decisions you make based on the information AuditCrawl provides.
- Otherwise, our total liability to you in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid us for AuditCrawl in that period.
12. Ending this agreement
You can stop using AuditCrawl and cancel at any time. We can end your access with 30 days’ notice, or straight away if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms. If we end a plan without you being at fault, we’ll refund any part of a period you’ve paid for but won’t receive.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We’ll tell existing customers about significant changes by email at least 30 days before they apply. If you don’t agree with the changes, you can cancel before they take effect.
14. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales will deal with any dispute, although we’d always rather sort things out with you directly first — please get in touch.
